The underpass is now known as the graffiti bridge. The CSX railroad overpass on 17th Avenue in Pensacola has been used by the local kids to proclaim thier feelings for decades. Mostly it consists of proclamations of undying love, but the occasional political statement makes it up here too. The bridge gets patches of it painted whenever the graffitiists run out of space and want some fresh "canvas".
