Naval Air Station: Bayou Grande Marina
Located in a well-protected cove at the northeast corner of NASP, Bayou Grande Marina has 206 wet slips, outdoor dry storage, 33 covered stalls and 12 beach storage spaces. A boardwalk leads to Serenity Point, which has a gazebo and tables for a quiet picnic spot overlooking the water of Bayou Grande. Fishing is allowed off the point.

The largest sailboats are located on the east side of the marina.
Local actors were models aboard the sailing craft, Nightwind. The boat and crew went out into the deep blue waters of the gulf to be filmed from a helicopter.
