North Hill: 123 West Lloyd StreetThe home built in 1924, is a Spanish Revival style that was popular during the first third of the 20th century. The designation indicates that period houses identified wtih the decorative vocabulary of an earlier period. Although derived from historical precedent, the period house was a distinctive architectural development that was basically American. (Source: National Trust For Historic Preservation.
