Milton: Historic District: St. Mary Episcopal Church

St. Mary's Episcopal Church was built in the Carpenter Gothic style in 1877. It is this style that Frank Lloyd Wright mentioned in his book, "The Aesthetics of American Architecture," as a "jewel created in the purest tradition of the Gothic revival..purity, it is without blemish."
