Milton: Historic District: 301 Pine Street: Butler Potter Schlenker HouseThe Victorian home was built in 1870. The current owners are Vicky and Patrick Schlenker who bought the home in 1998. There are extensive grounds with traditional plantings. In the 20th century a second floor porch and stucco finishing were added.
The home is located on a one acre lot on the corner of Pine and Pike Street. It was built in 1870 by Republican sherrif John Butler. Elements of the house were added in the early 20th century. taken by Denise Daughtry

This house has the distinction of having the first indoor tub installed in Milton, Florida. That claw-footed model is still in use. taken by Denise Daughtry
