Belmont Devillers: The MagnoliasThe former Magnolias Nursing Center consists of a four-story building containing approximately 70,000 square feet and a detached single family residence . The building was constructed in 1978 and is situated on 2.39 acres. The present layout of the facility includes 210 beds or 104 units. There are 102 semiprivate units and 2 three bed units of 12' x 15' each with in-room half bath measuring approximately 5' x 5'. The facility is furnished in a manner consistent with its last day of operation. The building is not currently in use.
